Joanne Perry

Jo has been a qualified pilates teacher for about four years, havintg started out as a professional personal fitness trainer ten years ago.  She trained in London with Modern Pilates.  She has worked with physiotherapists in the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital.
She has found teaching pilates much more rewarding than fitness training; the results can be visible very quickly.  Whereas an hour or so a week spent at the gym, without changing eating habits or lifestyle, has little effect on the client.
